Yes, we operate in a technical world with some jargon that can be off-putting and daunting if it’s not something you’re used to talking about.
At CCS our approach has always been the same. Listen to the problem, understand the need, develop the right solution, but above all, don’t over-complicate the process with a heap of unnecessary jargon.
With that said we aim to steer clear of as much tech talk as possible when we’re working with clients however sometimes it helps to have a little lingo in your back pocket when asking for help.
So…we’ve put together a free A-Z of some terms that might be useful to have on hand for when you’re speaking to an IT expert.
