I have used Steven and the team at CCS for about 12 months now. I changed to use them after having a less than satisfactory service from three different IT services firms over the previous few years.
Steven and his team have always responded promptly to emergencies, resolving them promptly and, where decisions have needed to be taken, have explained the issues and options in a way that was easy for me to understand. They have also spent some time talking to me about my IT needs and wants and have spoken to me about the IT issues that are likely to arise over the next 12 months or so.
CCS offer a wide range of IT services – very comprehensive but more than I need- -and the ones that I make use of are: support and troubleshooting, server or PC installation, and configuration, offsite back-ups and spam mail filter.
Having changed to CCS, after using other IT providers, I can say that they are much better both technically and in customer service terms than those I had used previously – and recommend them to you whole heartedly.

We recently had a server upgrade and I’m very pleased with the way the install was handled by CCS. CCS was able to configure the server off site and then do the install outside of our normal working hours, ensuring that we had no down time.
We also have a support contract with CCS and they always handle any queries quickly and efficiently. I am very happy to recommend their services to other business users.
