Location: Head Office, Linford Wood, MK14 6LS
Our ‘admin assistant’ will be working with us in supporting and helping our clients get the most from their systems. We are looking for one of life’s fixers. Someone who can just take a task, any task, and get it right first time. We’re looking for someone smart and switched on; someone who pays attention to the little details to help provide amazing customer service. Is that you?
You’ll be working in our new head office in Linford Wood, supporting a team of support and management staff who need amazing back office support, to ensure we deliver top quality service to our wide variety of clients.
The right candidate will be…
- Someone who can find their way around a wide range of software packages
- Someone who has a great telephone manner
- Super organized and friendly
You may have already had some office experience, dealing with a wide variety of challenges, and you’re definitely not the type of person who thinks ‘that’s not my job’. If you’re the type of person who would go out of their way to ensure a client is happy, we would like to talk to you.
We’re looking for an ‘apprentice’ here – someone eager to learn and make an impact, so your attitude and work ethic are way more important than your experience to date, but you’ll have some impressive stories to tell that illustrate why you should be invested in, above all the other applicants.
For the right person this is the opportunity of a lifetime, and a chance to grow with a company that truly develops its staff both personally and professionally.
Your first chance to show what you’re made of will be how you respond and apply. Don’t just send your CV, put together an interesting introduction, it could be a cover letter, but can you be more creative? Something which is going to make you stand out from all the other applicants, contact us and someone will be in touch to find out more.
